Pridestar Trinity EMS Invests in New Equipment and Resources for Marlborough and Hudson 911 Emergency Services

Marlborough/Hudson, MA – September 2025 – Pridestar Trinity EMS is pleased to announce significant upgrades to the EMS Units and resources serving the communities of Marlborough and Hudson. Since acquiring Patriot Ambulance in May 2025, we’ve been committed to enhance local emergency services and make sure our paramedics and EMTs have the best tools to care for our communities.

Here’s what’s new for Marlborough and Hudson:

  • Lifesaving Technology: Every ambulance now carries the latest Stryker LUCAS 3.0 Chest Compression System, which provides consistent, high-quality CPR during emergencies. This equipment takes over chest compressions during an emergency, allowing our crews to focus on other critical life-saving care.
  • Advanced Airway Equipment: Five (5) new video laryngoscopes are being added, one on each ALS ambulance, giving our crews even better tools to help patients in critical situations.
  • Reliable Breathing Support: Our ventilators, ZOLL EMV Ventilators, have all been fully updated and serviced. One will be stationed in Marlborough, one in Hudson, with another kept ready as a backup, ensuring they are always ready when needed.

In addition to these equipment improvements, Pridestar Trinity has also added a new EMS asset, “P10”, an ALS “Fly Car” staffed by a paramedic (often a Supervisor). P10 is on duty Monday through Friday and provides extra support to the 911 system, offering another set of hands and advanced care when critical emergencies happen.

“These upgrades are part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring our field providers have the tools they need to save lives and keep Marlborough and Hudson residents safe”, said David T. Daly, President and CEO of Pridestar Trinity EMS.

Just as important as new equipment is the partnership we share with the Marlborough and Hudson Fire Departments. Working side-by-side every day, our teams demonstrate the power of public-private collaboration, ensuring the very best outcomes for patients when seconds count.

“We are proud of the teamwork between our paramedics, EMTs, and the fire departments in Marlborough and Hudson,” said Daly.  “Together, we’re building on a strong foundation of trust and service, making sure residents get the highest level of pre-hospital care when they need it most.”

Pridestar Trinity EMS thanks the community for its continued support and looks forward to serving Marlborough and Hudson with dedication, innovation, and compassion.
