Prom Night Safety: Mock Prom Crashes Leave a Lasting Impact
Each spring, Pridestar Trinity EMS partners with local police, fire departments, and high schools across the Merrimack Valley to stage Mock Prom Crash demonstrations—a powerful program designed to save lives.
Yesterday’s event at Dracut High School was a striking reminder of how one choice can change everything. With the help of student actors and first responders, the staged crash showed the real-life consequences of impaired and distracted driving. Seeing classmates “involved” in a serious crash brings home the reality of what can happen on prom night.
Through these events, we aim to:
