We received an email from a part-time Pridestar Trinity employee as well as a FT Atkinson Fire Fighter. She wanted to pass along how fantastic Angel was on scene.

This FF has been an EMT for about a year and was working on A1 for Atkinson Fire the other day. The crew go toned out to a call with our Paramedics on P80. They had a stable patient that needed a 12 lead and fluids. Angel recognized a teachable moment and asked the fire fighter if she wanted to place the leads.

She said, โI have practiced 12 leads on mannequins but havenโt done it on a live person. Angel was so supportive and helpful as I was placing the leads. He then asked me if I could โspike a bagโ and I replied only one time in practice. Again, Angel took the time to explain how it was done. It was so nice to see a Medic that was willing to teach and having patience in doing so.โ
