The City of Lowell, although it is the 4th largest City in the Commonwealth, tends to run small. We will make every effort to collaborate training and education with Lowell PD and FD. We also have two (2) great educational institutions in the city limits, UMass Lowell  and Middlesex Community College. Our education efforts overlap as well as continuing education and “ride alongs”. We love when students want to jump in the back of an ambulance and get a first look at what pre-hospital care looks like.

We had a great day today with UMass Lowell EMS at the UMass Lowell School of Nursing Sim Lab. We were able to replicate many different scenarios throughout the day.
