We received a survey from our website about the dynamic duo going above and beyond during a recent transport…again! What truly touched the patient and spouse was after the crew already transferred care to the hospital staff, they took time out of their busy day to check back in with the patient when they were leaving the ER.

That is a very special and kind act. Taking that extra effort to do one last check on the patient and her husband sets us apart from all the other ambulance companies. The couple were so appreciative and our crew made them feel truly cared for and not just a number. Great job!!
