Erin started her career in Healthcare as a Critical Care Tech at Lowell General Hospital nearly 20 years ago. She joined the Pridestar Trinity family in 2006 as an EMT and went on to paramedic school in 2008. Through her hard work and dedication to EMS and her patients, all the while raising two kids as a single mom, Erin continued to climb the ladder in our company. Erin became an assistant manager in 2009. She helped grow the Operations team and was a leader in her field. Recognizing that we wanted Erin to further lead our company, she was promoted to Operations Manager in 2018.

We are truly excited to announce her recent promotion to her new role as Senior Operations Manager. It is clear that Erin always has the best interest of her patients, employees and our company in mind.
