In July the man in this photo (leather jacket) was struck while on his mountain bike by a motor vehicle in Haverhill MA. Upon arrival our team determined he had a head injury and needed to be transferred to Tufts Medical Center via Boston MedFlight. Most emergencies our employees do not know the outcome. They take care of the patient then transition the care to the Hospital ER or Boston MedFlight.

Our crews were lucky enough to get a surprise visitor the other day!! This patient stopped by the base to say “thank you” and show off his helmet! Wow!
